Culinary Arts offers the opportunity to study and work in all areas of restaurant operation and management. In this course students will pursue knowledge in workplace readiness and general studies of industry practice, operate the Hideaway Restaurant and Bakery, as well as learn the essentials of computer use in the hospitality industry.
